Nugget: The perfect length
Have you ever wondered if you presentation is to long or to short? What is the perfect length for a presentation anyway?
A very valid question and it might surprise you, but the answer is rather simple.
Any presentation that consists of 100% information that adds value to the key takeaways, is the perfect length. Simple right? But what does this mean?
Basically it means that you should drop all the details that do not add value to your main message, your key takeaway. Make it as efficient as possible by always prioritising quality over quantity. In short, leave out the details that do not add value and make sure you do not repeat the same information twice (unless it is the main message).
Don't tire your audience's limited attention span.
"No audience ever complained about a presentation or speech being too short"
